AINSDALE IN BLOOM

The bowling green was last year included in the Ainsdale submission for Northwest in Bloom with Ainsdale winning the best town category. As a result, Ainsdale this year apart from competing in the Northwest competition again will also be representing the Northwest/Sefton in the national Britain in Bloom competition against 6 other towns. The bowling green has again been included in the Ainsdale submission.
Judges from the Northwest competition were at the Green on Thursday 11 July with the National judges attending the Green on Monday 29 July.
The outcome of the national competition will be known sometime in October at a formal presentation in Manchester.
