NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
All subscribing members are invited to attend the AGM, to be held at 7.30pm on Sunday 19th November 2023 in the Main Club Lounge.
The 2023 Club Management Team is:

With the exception of the President and the Chair, all other posts are available for re-election annually and propositions are invited and indeed warmly welcomed from any member who would like to be considered for election.
Committee membership is not an arduous task. There are usually only 4 or 5 meetings held throughout the year, each lasting an hour or so but they are an essential feature in ensuring the smooth running of the Bowling Club.
Anyone who could offer time or experience of any sort but are uncertain how to go about it, just speak to any of the existing committee members who will be pleased to discuss it with you.
NOMINATIONS & PROPOSALS
All nominations for Committee membership and propositions for any item or topic to be put to the meeting must be proposed and seconded and received by the Secretary in writing (or by email) no later than Monday 7th November.
