COFEE MORNING & GREEN OPENING

The donations from the coffee morning have now reached a magnificent £550 and Tony Battle and the family will soon be presenting a cheque to Queenscourt Hospice in memory of Lucy.

The green will be opened to members at 1pm Saturday next 23rd March. There will be a simple round robin event for those folk wishing to bowl on the day. It would be appreciated if a donation of a cake or cakes could be made for teatime, anyone able to do so please let Karen Dyson know. Also, there is a desperate need for a volunteer milk monitor to ensure adequate supplies of fresh milk weekly throughout the season, again please let Karen know if you can help, the alternative will be UHT or Long Life milk which apparently is not everyone’s cup of tea.
