Easter Cup winner – Tony Boardman

A great day of bowling for the Easter Cup with warm sun and a superb green.

Trophy won by Tony Boardman who played consistently good bowls all day; on the jack time after time.

Runner-up Bob Hoy played well in every match, as we have come to expect, but Tony’s bowls were just too good in the final.

The other semi-finalists Mick Harrison and Terry Evason showed their skills and impressed everybody.

Trevor Dyson and Kenny Jackson shared the Plate win in the accompanying matches to the Trophy.

Lovely BBQ and a few drinks took in nearly £150 for club funds….a great day had by all.
