Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Ainsdale Club will be held in the clubhouse on Sunday 29th March 2026 at 730pm to consider;

1. To remember
2. Welcome from the President
3. Apologies
4. Matters arising from 2025 AGM minutes
5. Report by the chairman
6. Presentation and approval of accounts
7. To fix the subscriptions for 2026
8. To elect officers. THe sole nomination for the position of President is Michael ( Mick ) Gallagher
9. The existing officers agree to stand again as follows

   Nominations for any position should be sent to the secretary by 17/3/2024
